Covenants And Restrictions For Green Briar Village Club Homes

ATTENTION: The document titled Covenants & Restrictions for Patio Homes on the Green Briar Village Community page does not reference any specific plat within the Green Briar Village Community and has therefore been intentionally excluded to avoid confusion among members.

Community plats are detailed maps of a neighborhood showing property boundaries, streets, easements, and common areas. They provide a visual layout of the community and help homeowners, the HOA, and local authorities understand how the land is divided and organized.

Financial Documents

All HOA board members are required to complete a 4-hour certification class within 90 days of their election to ensure they understand their duties and responsibilities.

Additionally, for associations with fewer than 2,500 parcels, each director must complete at least 4 hours of continuing education annually, as required by Florida Statute 720.3033(5)(a). These trainings help board members stay informed about legal obligations, best practices, and effective community management.
